Role Summary
We are hiring Project Managers for a global data center and digital infrastructure client operating in high‑performance environments supporting AI/ML workloads.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with exposure to AI/ML‑driven product engineering environments and a clear understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Project Lifecycle (PLC). The role involves managing end‑to‑end delivery of AI/ML and data‑driven solutions, particularly within data center and digital infrastructure ecosystems.

Domain awareness requirements:

Edge AI & IoT ecosystems

Sensor data processing pipelines

Predictive analytics and AI/ML models

Data center environments (compute, storage, networking, scalability)

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution

Own end‑to‑end project delivery: planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution.

Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Drive resource planning, utilization, and capacity alignment.

Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

Product & Lifecycle Alignment

Align project execution with product lifecycle stages (PDLC).

Bridge gaps between product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Ensure alignment between roadmap, releases, and milestones.

Stakeholder & Governance

Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting.

Lead governance forums and steering committee discussions.

Enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Agile Delivery Cadence

Run Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.

Track delivery metrics (velocity, burn‑down, cycle time).

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Work closely with:

Data Science teams

AI/ML engineers

Infrastructure and platform teams

Ensure seamless integration across components.

AI/ML & Infrastructure Focus

Work across:

Edge AI and IoT‑based systems

Sensor data ingestion and processing pipelines

Predictive modeling and ML workflows

Understand AI workload needs:

Latency, throughput, scalability

Compute‑intensive processing (GPU/CPU)

Storage and data pipeline optimization

Required Background

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

Proven experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Delivery.

Strong understanding of PDLC vs PLC, Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Exposure to data center or digital infrastructure environments, Edge AI, IoT, or real‑time data systems.

Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

Experience managing distributed/global teams.
