A company is looking for a Supervisor, Fraud Strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise Fraud Strategy staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality service for Global Fraud Monitoring clientsConduct audits and coordinate tasks to meet established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs)Resolve complex service issues and maintain communication on fraud trends and internal procedure changesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experienceFive (5) years of experience in the financial services industryFive (5) years of professional experience in risk analytics or fraud servicesOne (1) year of supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of payments processing systems and third-party vendor systems preferred
