A company is looking for a Retail Media Performance Planner.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of performance media strategies across retail media networks to drive traffic, conversion, and revenuePartner with Retail Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to align media plans with product launches and promotional calendarsDefine and track KPIs and deliver actionable reporting and insights to Retail Marketing stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field5+ years of experience in performance media planning, retail media, eCommerce media, or paid search/media strategyHands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or Best Buy AdsStrong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and retail media measurement frameworksProven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs
