A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Consultant, Pharmacy to provide consultative, clinically grounded guidance to payer clients in the drug management market.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with payer clients to design and refine drug management strategies, providing evidence-based recommendationsAssess and benchmark clinical programs of PBM and other vendors to inform optimization opportunitiesLeverage data to evaluate program performance and translate findings into targeted clinical strategiesRequired QualificationsPharmacy degree (RPh or PharmD) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in health plan/payer, PBM, or consulting with a focus on drug management strategy5+ years of client-facing experience with a proven ability to influence stakeholdersExpertise in specialty drug management and medical benefit specialty drug experience preferredStrong analytical skills with experience in interpreting medical and pharmacy claims
