Job Title: Baker (1st Shift)

Location: East Providence, Rhode Island
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

The Role

The Company is seeking a Baker (1st Shift) to join our production team. This role focuses on dough sheeting, butter incorporation, and maintaining consistent layering to meet product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the 1st shift production crew
• Laminate doughs following established formulas and procedures
• Operate sheeters and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production schedules and batch requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members to support workflow
