We are seeking an Overnight Baker to lead baking operations during overnight shifts and support production earlier in the week through defrost and staging.
This is a hybrid role that combines independent overnight baking with evening production support, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts and consistent product output.
Overnight Baking (Friday & Saturday):
