Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Monitor visitor, patient, and/or vendor access at the lobby or reception area, assist with check-in processes, and direct individuals according to site protocols; Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, guests, and first responders as needed; Observe front desk activity and report unusual behavior, access concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel to help support daily operations; Maintain assigned post, document security-related events and/or visitor activity, and assist with administrative and communication duties connected to the front desk location
