Responsibilities:* Schedule staff, both kitchen and dish room, create daily specials menu.* Calculation of inventory requirements.* Oversee cleanliness of kitchen, refrigeration, dish room and all other kitchen support areas.* Communication with front of house staff.* Ordering of all food andsupplies needed, as well as costs.* Hiring, firing and supervision of necessary personnel.* Knowledge and compliance of all RI food codes and HACCP laws.* Ensure wait staff and kitchen staff fully understand all items for sale each day, while ensuring security of kitchen after hours.* Ensure all items leaving kitchen are charged for or brought to the Food Service General Kitchen Manager's attention.* Responsible for kitchen and all support staff during all hours of operation.Working Conditions:* Kitchen area, and casino floor.* Working in moderate to loud noise levels in kitchen areas, as well as moving through the casino floor.* May be exposed to smoke, and odors.* Environment may be hot, cold, wet, humid or loud for long periods of time.* Working with others and independently.Target Salary Range: $58,000Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort: About | LinkedInPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
