The ideal candidate will operate press machines to cut, shape, and assemble metal components for jewelry production. Attention to detail and precision are essential for this role to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press machines to stamp, cut, or shape metal parts according to specifications.
- Align and position materials accurately before pressing.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper pressure and alignment.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring they meet design and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Work closely with other production team members to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Previous experience operating a press machine or working in jewelry manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with small, delicate components.
- Basic knowledge of metalworking and stamping techniques.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and use operated machinery.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs.
