The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals, partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent. This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing workforce by delivering an efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring experience.
