Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Senior Stock/Receiving Associate position within their high-technology defense systems team. Thisrole offers an exciting opportunity to support logistics and inventory operations by handling the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and equipment for mission-critical programs. The position is based in Taunton, MA and is fully on-site.

Location: Taunton, MA (On-site)
Position: Senior Stock/Receiving Associate
Contract Length: 12-24 months with possibility of going direct
Pay: $23.86 per hour
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience
Schedule: First Shift

Clearance Requirement: No clearance required (U.S. citizenship required)

In this role, you will use your technical and interpersonal skills to:
  • Perform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for materials and equipment.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and system transactions for receipts, issues, and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain accurate stockroom records, inventory data, and system updates.
  • Research material shortages and support problem-solving efforts.
  • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Support inventory control processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist with handling and processing of classified materials when required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of material receiving, inventory control, and stockroom operations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software tools such as MRP systems.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or power industrial vehicles.
  • Understanding of Government Customer Property Control is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items as required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
