#x 9; Provides leadership to orchestrate the supply chain through tactical project execution on large global supply chain projects including new product market releases and supplier network transfers. Leads cross functional teams, including internal and external supplier team members, through critical workstreams including sourcing, demand/supply planning, qualification and deployment. Lead meetings, track actions, mitigate risks, and manage project timeline, to drive aligned execution through sourcing and launches to achieve overall business objectives for the program Drive adherence to supply chain readiness processes ensuring strong functional accountability Communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization Manage project task progress through system setups and change management processes PLM, ERP readiness.
