Job Details

Responsible for coordinating and supervising operations and work flow of all levels of Radiation Therapists and other applicable support personnel. Develops and maintains an effective work group to ensure that Radiation Therapy is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities, with consideration of the aging process and human development stages (neonate, child, adolescent, adult, geriatric) to ensure that the customers' expectations are met or exceeded. Participates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and budgets for Radiation Oncology and Gamma Knife as applicable. In addition, provides administrative oversight of Radiation Therapist technical activities for Gamma Knife.
