We are seeking an energetic and dependable Foundry Operator to join our team. As a Foundry Operator, you will play a key role in supporting foundry and post-processing operations, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards. Shifts & Pay Rates: 1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 am 2:00 pm | $21.00/hr 2nd Shift: Monday Friday, 2:00 pm 10:00 pm | $23.10/hr 3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday, 10:00 pm 6:00 am | $24.15/hr Key Responsibilities: Handle, grind, deburr, trim, and clean cast parts. Prepare parts for the next stage of production. Perform inspections to confirm quality standards. Move parts through the process according to standard procedures.
