Job Details

Reporting to Director of Neurology and Clinical Manager, plans, organizes and directs activities associated with Neurology patient registration and billing and in patient accounts cashier activities. Responsible for determining account balances and arranging payment schedules. Collaborates in planning, developing and implementing systems to facilitate timely and efficient registration, processing and flow of all Neurology patients. Reviews and authorizes requests for uncompensated care and ensures that Neurology Department patient data (demographic, medical, insurance and financial) is completely and accurately coded onto computer records.
