Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Setup & Operation: Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations, including custom punch/die modifications; Advanced Programming: Utilize all features of the press brake for intricate tasks such as step bends, angle bending, and back gauge transfers; Quality Control: Maintain specifications by detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts with precision tools, and adjusting controls as needed; Workflow Collaboration: Work with the Manufacturing Manager to prioritize jobs and assist other operators on high-priority fabrication tasks; Safety & Maintenance: Comply with all company policies and federal regulations to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
