Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform soldering operations including set-up and charge, pin-stem, fusion, and dapping; Support furnace operations, including loading, unloading, and transferring materials between production stages; Maintain proper organization of work orders and ensure materials are handled accurately; Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); Conduct routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
