Customer Care Advocate Location: Warwick, RI (Onsite Training | Hybrid/Remote After Training) Pay Rate: $20/hr W2 | Paid Weekly Start Date : 07/20/2026 Contract Length: 6 Month Contract (Potential Extension) Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Benefits Available Work Schedule & Location: Training and nesting will be onsite in Warwick, RI (MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST). No time off permitted during training and nesting. After training, the position transitions primarily to remote work. Must be available to attend monthly onsite meetings and report to the office as needed. Work schedules will fall between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM EST, MondayFriday. We are seeking Customer Care Advocates to join a leading insurance organization. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and call center experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy. Resolve questions related to policies, claims, account information, and general service requests. Navigate multiple systems while providing accurate and timely information. Process transactions, document interactions, and follow up on customer requests. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening and problem-solving. Qualifications: 2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and computer navigation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Warwick, RI. Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
