At Willow Tree, we take pride in quality, teamwork, and keeping our operations running smoothly. We're looking for a Warehouse Lead to lead the daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on Lead role: 75% of the position is physical, including picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, picking up pallets from production, and putting away product; 25% is computer-based, including entering items into QuickBooks and ensuring inventory levels are accurate.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and staff
  • Picking Orders for Customers
  • Manage inventory, storage layout, and product rotation
  • Oversee receiving, deliveries, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse
  • Establish and maintain min/max inventory levels
  • Coordinate with Production, HR, and other departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Support training and development of warehouse team members
  • Work with maintenance to ensure equipment is operating properly

What You Bring

  • 5+ years warehouse or plant experience (food manufacturing a plus)
  • Previous Lead experience
  • Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. regularly
  • Work in refrigerated and freezer environments
  • Operate warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Active role with standing, walking, and movement throughout the day

Schedule & Expectations

  • Full-time: 8–10 hour shifts
  • 5–6 days per week, including occasional Saturdays
  • Strong attendance and reliability are essential
