Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Counter person to join our team! The Counter is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer's dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
• Ring up all take-out orders
• Process all cash, gift card and credit card sales.
• Answer phone and take phone orders
• Accept and respond to tablet based orders
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen team
• Keep all counter areas and front entrance area neat, clean, and organized

• Must be 18 years of age or older (Alcohol Sales)
• Prior cash handling experience required..
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
