Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Lincoln, RI 02865 Duration: 5 months Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Support professional to join our team in Lincoln, RI. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting order processing, return authorizations, warranty validation, shipment tracking, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and confirm customer purchase orders and return authorizations accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate order changes, including pricing, part numbers, and other order-related updates to customers. Review purchase orders with special discounts and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained. Validate warranty claims and issue Return Authorizations (RAs). Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies. Document, track, and report shipping and order-related issues. Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests for information. Assist with shipment receiving and product returns processing. Support administrative tasks for the Branch Service Manager (BSM), Territory Branch Service Manager (TBSM), and Customer Response Center (CRC). Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems. Adapt to new systems, procedures, and business processes as needed. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in a professional office or customer service environment. Excellent typing and data entry skills. Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively multitask. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. Preferred: Experience with order processing, return authorizations, or warranty administration. Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or service-oriented environment.
