Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour

Job Responsbilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of precision hardware and metal components.
- Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure equipment is running efficiently to meet production goals.
- Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools to verify products meet specifications and company standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production schedules to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow, productivity, and product quality.
- Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices
- Ability to read blueprints or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency
