Theragenics proudly operates Arrotek, a visionary medical device design consultancy in the U.S. and Ireland, dedicated to pioneering minimally invasive solutions that enhance lives.Production Kitting (primary responsibility)Build kits for work orders by pulling the correct parts, lots, and quantitiesFollow FIFO and labeling rules to prevent mix-upsDocument material issues clearly for traceability (part, lot, quantity)Handle exceptions the right way, such as shortages, unclear callouts, label mismatches, and returns from productionKeep the kitting area organized so work moves fast and accuratelyReceiving (cross‑trained)Verify deliveries against packing lists and purchase orders (item, quantity, paperwork)Apply receiving labels, route material appropriately, and scan and file documentationEscalate discrepancies, visible damage, or contamination concerns promptly and clearlyShipping (cross‑trained)Support staging, packing, labeling, and paperwork completionHelp ensure shipments match requirements and documentation is complete before releaseSupport record scanning and retention tied to shipment recordsInventory supportMaintain clean, accurate stock locations and labeling disciplineSupport cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities as neededWhat a typical day looks likeStart by reviewing kitting priorities and building kits for the highest‑need work ordersDeliver kits to the floor and resolve issues quickly and correctly when something does not matchShift to Receiving when deliveries arrive, and to Shipping when shipments need supportWrap up by returning materials to stock correctly, cleaning your area, and communicating anything pendingYou will do well in this role if you areCareful and consistent, especially with labels, lot control, and documentationComfortable moving between physical work and computer or scanner workCalm under time pressure and willing to ask questions before guessingTeam‑first and ready to cross‑cover Receiving and Shipping when neededRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in a stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing support roleComfort with scanners and computer‑based data entryStrong attention to detail and willingness to follow written procedures every dayAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shiftPreferred qualificationsExperience in regulated manufacturing where traceability and documentation matterERP experience (any system)Prior kitting, material handling, inventory control, or cycle counting experiencePhysical requirementsStanding and walking throughout the shiftLifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs (including occasional awkward items)Using material handling equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (as applicable)Why Join UsCareer growth opportunities in a global healthcare company.Work on innovative projects that directly impact patient care.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Competitive benefits package.Purpose‑driven work that contributes to life‑saving medical solutions.Ready to make a difference?
