General Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Northborough, MA
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow? We are seeking dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join a busy warehouse team in Northborough, MA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent first-shift hours, and the chance to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts

  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus)

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer or inventory system experience is a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
