Job Title: Dispensary Inventory SupervisorAuthority & SupervisionReports directly to Dispensary ManagerOversees Dispensary Inventory SpecialistsJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily stock of product on sales floorExecute and follow up on operational standards, policies and proceduresUpdate SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among teamImplement inventory tracking systems designated by managementEnsure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensaryResearch and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking systemInform Management of upcoming inventory needsWork closely with Dispensary management team and the Finished Goods department to coordinate product movementBuild knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systemsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentOther duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsMust be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detailOrganizational and time management skills requiredAssociate's degree in Business or related experience preferredMinimum of 2 years of Inventory experience requiredCannabis experience preferredAbility to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and resultsAdditional RequirementsMinimum of 21 years of agePossess valid driver's license or state IDMust pass all required background checksAbility to work nights, holidays and weekendsMust be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policiesFrequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time#J-18808-Ljbffr
