Job Overview

Displays2Go is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic transportation operations across LTL, volume, and specialty freight.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on freight coordination, freight claims, reverse logistics, invoice review, carrier communication, and transportation problem solving. You will work closely with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues, support customer returns, maintain records, and improve day-to-day transportation operations.

What You'll Do

Coordinate domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipmentsManage freight claims from start to resolutionCoordinate customer returns and reverse logistics, including carrier pickupsReview freight invoices for accuracy and obtain freight quotes as neededCommunicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issuesTrack carrier performance and identify process improvement opportunitiesMaintain accurate transportation records and support day-to-day logistics operations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, customer service, or a related office environmentStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot TablesProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and WordStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughStrong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsHigh School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systemsAssociate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience working with freight claims, reverse logistics, or customer returns
