Data Entry Clerk

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: West Warwick, RI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately process and organize transportation information.

The ideal candidate will receive Special Move requests via email containing vehicle information, pickup and delivery locations, destination details, scheduling requirements, and other important instructions. You will be responsible for entering and organizing this information into our system, EveryFleet, and creating clear directions and instructions for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review requests sent via email
• Enter vehicle, location, destination, and scheduling information accurately
• Process pickup and drop-off details, including timing requirements
• Input information into EveryFleet software
• Create and update driver directions and instructions
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate before assigning moves to drivers
• Communicate any missing or unclear information as needed
• Perform additional administrative and data entry duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong computer and technical skills
• Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
• Experience with data entry, transportation, logistics, or fleet software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with email and general office software
