Maintaining an organized, stocked, and efficient inventory system for packaging material, maintenance tools and equipment and general inventory of facility PPE. Loading trucks, unloading, organizing dry storage, chemical storage and cooler environments.Job Responsibilities:Communicate with Drivers on supplies incoming and outgoingReceiving in shipments from third party suppliers such as chemicals and packaging materialsAssistduring monthly Inventory Counts with SupervisorMaintainaccuraterecords, documentation, and controlprocessesStock supplies in PPE,packagingand production supply locationsOperate and licensed in forklifts, palletjacksand electric jacksMaintain Master Sanitation Schedules and documentAssistwith production needs such as palletstaggingCommunicate safety andorquality concerns to management andappropriate staffFollow proper GMP, Safety and PPE protocols and proceduresFollow SOP/ SSOp's for designated areasRequired Skills/Abilities:Strongcommunicationandlistening skills for work-related activitiesInventory management softwareproficiencyStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skills.Follows instructions and takes initiative to complete tasksalong with a continuous improvementmindset.Works as a team with positive attitude and behaviorsVerbal and written communication skills; including ability to read, understand and follow written procedures (SOPs/SSOPs)Flexibility in job roles,assistingteam mates along with covering breaks when needed to meet business needsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
