Adecco Staffing is hiring a Production Team Lead for a manufacturing company in Cranston, RI.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work alongside a production team, help keep work on schedule, and make sure quality and procedures are followed.
Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–Midnight
Pay: $20 - $25
Shift: 2nd Shift
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the production team during the shift
- Help organize daily work and keep production on schedule
- Work hands-on with assembly and basic machine operation
- Help train and support team members
- Monitor quality and make sure production procedures are followed
- Communicate production issues and concerns to management
- Help troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues
- Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area
- Lead by example and support a positive team environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Team Lead, Lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with machinery, assembly or production equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train and support team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment
