Adecco is hiring for Assemblers for a company in Mansfield! These are temp to hire opportunities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

Pay rate: $20 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Piece together small or complex medical components by hand or using microscopes, hand tools, and specialized machinery.

• Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections to verify parts meet strict specifications and safety guidelines.

• Documentation: Record production data accurately and complete Device History Records (DHR) following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cleanroom safety protocols.

• Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to strict personal protective equipment (PPE) and gowning requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Skills: Strong manual dexterity, fine hand-eye coordination, and a keen attention to detail for handling tiny or fragile parts.

• Read & Write: Ability to read blueprints, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and written work instructions in English.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift typically between 10 to 35 pounds.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
