Pay Rate: USD $26.00 – $28.00/hr

• Prior contact center experience (phone, chat, or video)
• Personal Banking experience handling high client volumes

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or call centers is advantageous

Other Requirements

• On-site work located in East Providence, RI 02915
• Schedule options include Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm – 9 pm, Tuesday – Friday 9 am – 7 pm, or other similar shifts
• Ability to manage risk and handle sensitive customer data responsibly
