Description:
- Implement a standards based program in the areas of development based on the RIELDS
- Provide developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Follow educational plans, based on child interest and data, to further child outcomes
- Assist teacher with collecting data using authentic methods and monitor progress using Teaching Strategies Gold
- Develop and maintain a classroom management system
- Collaborate with related service providers and special educator where appropriate regarding carryover of strategies and skills
- Develop and maintain family communication and involvement
- Collaborate with teacher and educational coordinator weekly
- Prepare materials for classroom
- Compliance to all Comprehensive Early Childhood Education standards
