Experience and Background:

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is ideal.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to manipulate and organize data.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with auction facilities for vehicle disposition.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers.
• Actively prospect for new business through cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Ensure accuracy in all sales-related activities, from lead tracking to contract negotiation
