Preschool, Toddler, Infant Teachers

Duties:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance and any needs that may arise.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a childcare center environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Education: Minimum of 3 credits in ECE

Early Childhood Education classes or degree in related field. CDA, Associates degree or Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related field

RIELDS training a plus

Supervisory skills.
