  • What You`ll Be Doing:
  • Data Management & Analysis: Use your Excel and Google Sheets skills to organize, track, and report data that supports our mission, ensuring accuracy and insight into key performance indicators.
  • Collaborative Sales Strategy: Partner with internal teams to craft and execute sales strategies that increase the value of donated vehicles and benefit charitable organizations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with purchasers and other key stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time.
  • Administrative Support: Open mail, sort documents, and maintain organized records that are crucial for smooth operations.
  • Problem Solving: Use your sharp analytical abilities to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Who We`re Looking For:
  • A Detail-Oriented Pro: You have a knack for organization and love keeping things running smoothly, whether it's data, documents, or day-to-day tasks.
  • Excellent Communicator: Whether written or spoken, your communication skills are clear, concise, and create positive connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-Centric: You enjoy making clients happy and can build strong relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
  • Multitasker Extraordinaire: You stay composed under pressure and are able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • What You Bring to the Table:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is ideal.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (don`t worry, we`ll help you refine your skills if needed).
  • Basic computer and typing skills are a must.
