The East Greenwich Housing Authority is looking for a qualified individual to join our maintenance team.  The position is full time (40 hours) with an excellent benefits package.  

We are looking for an applicant to provide unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, equipment, and grounds; performs basic work involving plumbing, painting, and minor electrical and carpentry repairs. Duties also include snow and ice removal from the properties, during the winter months. Maintenance Aide also is responsible for prepping units, including cleaning, for occupancy. Performs duties within classification, as needed and assigned. Applicant must have the ability to work flexible hours including ability to be on-call 24 hours a day including nights, weekends and holidays and overtime, as assigned.
